By purchasing Campaign Refinery, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Adding or uploading unsubscribed contacts is forbidden

If you’re migrating from another email service provider, you may not upload your unsubscribed contacts into Campaign Refinery, and you should strongly consider using our suppression list feature to keep you from emailing those unsubscribed contacts in the future.

2. No unsolicited mail or “3rd party lists” allowed

Campaign Refinery is a “1st party collected”, permission based email service provider. While we constantly clean and re-clean your list to protect you from bad data, you must do your part as a good email marketing citizen by only adding data from your own offers and campaigns.

3. Credits are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Any overage or one-time fee credits are non-refundable and non-transferrable to other accounts unless explicitly agreed to in writing by Campaign Refinery. 4. All contacts must be cleaned and verified on an on-going basis.

To delivery a consistent, high-quality outcome for all of our customers we require that all contacts be cleaned and verified within at least the past 180 days. You can opt to configure your account to clean and verify contacts more frequently, but 180 days is the longest a contact can go before being re-cleaned or re-verified.

5. Use of Campaign Refinery and acceptance of these terms acknowledges that you’ve read and fully understand the requirements of operating as a Campaign Refinery customer and that you will adhere to the rules at all times.

6. The terms of service may update over time to include new performance or compliance metrics required to sustain great outcomes for all customers using Campaign Refinery. In the event that new requirements are added, they will be added to our larger terms & conditions (https://campaignrefinery.com/terms/ ) and all customers will be expected to comply promptly.

7. Any non-compliance of these terms and conditions may result in the immediate termination of your account without refund or notice.

You also agree to our generalized refund policy (https://campaignrefinery.com/refund-policy/), privacy policy (https://campaignrefinery.com/privacy/) and terms & conditions (https://campaignrefinery.com/terms/ ). Any conflicting language between our general policies and this plan specific language is to be settled by this plan specific agreement.
